Today, we’re going to talk about thought suppression because it’s something we all do and we can all relate to. Yes, even myself. We try to wish our thoughts away.   Everyone does it but it's more likely to happen for those with anxiety disorders, specifically Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety, Healthy Anxiety and Phobias. After all, we'll do anything to avoid the thought and anxious feelings that come. But this can actually cause way more harm than good.
