What is the healing process? There are so many different avenues for healing anxiety and many of us need several of them in order to fully overcome these terrible feelings.  For example, taking medication isn’t going to address the childhood trauma that instilled these fears in you and it isn’t going to rewire your brain to erase limiting beliefs. These are only a few of the things that contribute to your anxiety as a whole. If you just take medication, you’re just masking your symptoms, which can be enough for the time being. But if you really want to take back control of your life, you have to add other healing modalities. 

So today, I’m going to break the healing process down for you in some small simple steps.
